Spring Break News

We are delighted to be welcoming the warmer months, spring blossoms, and of course, 3rd term! Our focus during the 2nd term has been RAD Ballet exams and awards, Steps Ahead Performance Group (SAPG) performances, and Stargazing preparations. At the Cowichan Music Festival, our seven SAPG group dances and many soloists enjoyed excellent feedback from the adjudicators. It was a wonderful learning experience and great fun too! These dancers now head to further competitions in the spring, a busy time indeed. The RAD ballet examiner who marked 36 of our dancers, was able to examine ‘in person’ which was a delight.

Words from two of our parents post-exam day: Thank you so much for yesterday! Our dancer had so much fun doing her first ballet exam and can not wait for the performance. She came out with a huge smile and was so proud of herself.

Thank you for your continued support of our dancer. Dance is very good for her and we are happy with what it does for her personal growth in life.
